Administrative operations on The Russian Front are planned and executed by the “Stavka,” an editorial board currently consisting of TRF’s founding members:

David R. Stone
In addition to contributing posts of their own, Stavka members work behind the scenes moderating comments, evaluating submissions, recruiting “frontoviki,” and keeping things running (more or less) smoothly.
